3.2 rpm signal

Is there an RPM signel wire in the:

Motor compartment, or

At the ECU?

Well as I recall from the Reference Sensor it goes into the ECU/DME (terminals 25 & 26 per Bentley)and back of the Tach in the Dash.

So there may only be an RPM signal going from the ecu to the tachometer.

No signal in the motor compartment?

Nothing off the coil? (Sorry if that is a dumb question.)

Somthing like what would be needed for an addational injector driver.
