I like them all. I also think each car has its own identity. I would not take a stock 73RS and set to modifying it or for that matter a perfect SC. Yet given a car in need of restoring I would not have any problem modifying to taste. My cars are a 1973T w/ a 3.2 SC fenders, RS bumper and a duck. My 69S while retaining its factory slimness it is being restored as a lightweight w/ R flavor. My stock low mileage 87 Cab I sold. It was too nice to modify.

I plan to install a front mounted oil cooler, oil fed chain tensioners, "Carrera" oil pump and case mod. Allready have turbo valve covers.

All in all, I like to make the mods, that the factory would have done, if they were to make the same car at a later point..... but still keep the looks stock.

'76 narrow light and galvanized. BONE Stock looks in/out but LOWERED!
'79 3.0L with hydraulic chain tensioners. MSD w/ high vibe coil. Delete smog pump. (Not a cat vehicle). No AC. Carrerra oil cooler.
FIVE blade fan.
WA LAH!

Front 3/8" neg camber and 1/8" total toe out as much caster as possible
suspension from 1985 with KONI yellow sport adjustables

22mm adjustable swaybars front and rear
neatrix rear bushings
monoball rear inner bushings
turbo tie rods
stainless brake lines
Mild race pads
rennspeed hardtop with custom attachments, latches plus bolts
Lexan rear window
RS type door covers
CTR front bumper
IROC rear bumper
7-8 X 15" Fuchs with 23X9X15 goodyear slicks
Glass windshield and door glass
Rear windows 1/8" lexan with universal window seal
Full 8 point cage 1-1/2 .120 DOM
Ultra shield aluminum road race seat with adjusters. In car seat mounts lowered
1.5". When buckled head does not hit any of the roll cage bars. If useing seat belt head does not contact any bars.

Knee bar is basically the same level as the bottom of the dash

Custom Oil lines fittings from BAT inc
Clewett Engineering crank trigger and pully
Clewett Engineering cam sensor for full sequential operation.
Clewett Engineering wires both top and bottom
PLX SM-AFR - wideband O2 sensor with output to controller
Electromotive TEC3r control unit
Custom made case vent catch tank
Clock replaced with monitor lights and switches for TEC3r
Tach rebuilt by Hollywood and recalibrated to 8000rpm with a side orientation
RS door panels
