Where can I get a die enabling me to make brake lines for 911. I have the tool but ne

I have the flaring tool. Where do I get a die to do 911 brake lines? I am in Tampa.

Most FLAPS have a tube bender your can rent or buy. If you buy, don't be cheap. I broke the handle on my first one. You can make a template out of a coat hanger.

Most flaps carry european brake lines. For around $25 you can buy all the metal brake lines you need for your car already made. Not sure why you would want to make them when they are pretty cheap to buy.

Any auto parts store will sell it as a kit for european style bubble flare.

Sorry, misread this one. So, now that I'm on the beam somewhat, isn't the flare for ATS a double flare? I can't seem to do those as perfectly as just buying the pre-made ones at the store.

Mine has bubble flares. Local parts emporium sold me a bubble flare tool for $40. I recommend "ez-bend" brakeline or something similar. It appears to be a bronze alloy, which is what's currently on my 911. Won't corrode, and is easy to bend by hand. Also flares very nicely.

I used the pre made lines from local Flaps store(s), had bought 25' roll too but variation in bubble flair tool left me with just making from scratch the brake line running through the tunnel. I'll post brake pic will be in another thread. Bleeding required me to carefully (one seal started to annoy me but one foul word or two and returned to proper position) work each caliper and use clamps and large channel lock pliers IIRC getting the pistons/pads back in. That and the MityVac. Getting the MC bled must be easier on the bench. New MC/calipers/hard and rubber lines replaced. No rust in the system provides me with knowledge the caliper pistons are as new. Pedal is ok. MC is top quality. I'll probbaly try to firm up the pedal by bleeding again. And haven't bed in the pads yet.

Anyways not something I would recommend for the faint hearted. I guess I can now better handle making dual system from scratch.

I used the pre-made bubble flare lines from the local store. For me that was the simple part of my brake upgrade. I was also switching to Tilton masters, and they have double flares. I had to make all new lines since the master was up in the trunk now. I came up with what I thought was an ingenious solution to get from double flare to bubble. The flex lines I used were AN, so I used the correct flare to AN adapter on the end of each hard line. Double flare on the car side, and bubble flare on the caliper end.
