Check Engine Code P0302

Hi everyone,
I need you help again.
I have a 1999 C4.
Driving to work today check engine light comes on.
Blinking check engine light first. so i immediately pull over.
Turn off the car, wait alittle. turn the car back on. No check engine light, so i continue to drive. check engine light (solid) comes on.
I check the code
Its P0302
do some googling: misfire on cylinder 2.

Is it safe to drive or should i get it towed, the light is still solid not blinking.

I just had my spark plugs changed, could they have messed up putting them in?

Thanks for the help
