Ruf bumper suppliers
I want to pull the trigger and buy some Ruf bumpers. I've seen them in GF at..
GT Racing Mashaw Rennspeed Betterbodiesmotorsport Rennspeed look the best price. Are the quality all much the same or are some better than the others? I've read all the threads, but before parting with the money would like to know what have you bought and any regrets? Thanks Scott

just purchased a set from rennspd. the rear went on fine with good fit only requiring minor fitting. the front turn signal mounting tabs are way off. Had to cut them out and re-glass them in. but, all in all, they fit fine l think all manufactures have fit problems (even Ruf) but if your good with body work stuff, no problem

Resurrecting Thread
I am resurrecting this thread . I am about to order a set of RUF bumpers and I am wondering if anyone has first hand experience with more than one supplier's product.
There is quite a price difference so I am wondering is it worth the extra $ Rennsport $675pr Better Bodies $875pr MA Shaw $1050pr BW Motorsports $1125pr Appreciate any comments Ross |

Got mine from Dave at TRE Motorsports 100% happy with the quality and fit, and service was second to none.

Getty Design did mine. Looks nice...the bodyshop was pleased with it as well...I learned that no FRP product will be perfect, but the bodyshop said the Getty product was of good quality.

Thanks for the input but I will rephrase my question - Has anyone experience with the Rennsport product that also has experience with the MA Shaw/Getty or BW Motorsports product.
I guess the question is - are the higher cost units of significantly better quality than the Rennsport product ? Last edited by Inniswhe; 02-20-2009 at 05:14 AM.. |

Love my BW Motorsport bumpers. And Brad offers the option of getting brake cooling ducts instead of fog light openings.
