This is leaking. Is this easy to fix/replace?

Is this easy to fix/replace? If so, what are the steps and what parts do I need?

That is your oil pressure sender. Where is it leaking exactly?

Based on your picture it looks like you have a lot of stuff out of the way for easy access to the sender (ie. fan, ac, fan outlets, etc).

Remove the sender from the case. Do not try to take the sender off of its connector while still connected to the case. You will need to remove oil line to the right as well.

Remove the inboard oil line/fitting, then unscrew the hollow bolt that holds the sender's mounting block to the engine case. Be very careful to check the hollow bolt closely, if it's been overtightened it might be bent. Also use new seals for your install!

Put the mounting block in a vise and use a wrench to replace the sender.

I used a little bit of Teflon tape on my sender threads, also I wanna say I taped the bolt too. To assure A leak-proof joint.
Not really sure if this is the best practice or not, but thats what I did.
Also new sealing rings.

Mike.
