Think I'm about done as far as the 911 changes and updates go... advice?

So I took the advice on this board and had my window tint removed, and recently just got it lowered to a good height.

Pix will be forthcoming.

It's a 79SC with 17 inch cup wheels, running 255/40/17' and 225/45/17's. The fender heights are 25.25" R 25.5 F

that sound pretty good guys?

well, for one, it keeps your interior cooler in the summer, and it saves your interior, not to mention it looks cool.

I removed my tint after about a year. I thought it looked to "gangster"

You're done with updates and changes and you want some advice?

Heres some advice: stay away from the AX/Racing forum... actually, maybe just quit Pelican altogether, because that "done" thing you mentioned, well, few of us on here have ever reached that magical place

Lets see the pics!

yes I too would like to see a "done" car. You have a 79sc? I bet there a few more up grades, required maintenance, gizmo's, thing-a-ma-gigs to have to quite now!
I love my SC but MY list is miles long. Way to much to do prior to my departure. by hey, thats what it's all about........the journey not the destination.

No seriously I'm pretty much done... well, wait a minute, I should rephrase. I no longer feel the NEED to do anything else right now.
Good point, as I'm suttiing here I can think of at least 4 more things i would like to do... Geez it's addicting isn't it?
I removed my tint because I thought it looked too "gangsta", like the others here. Plus I have an awesome poster of a 959 and it's not tinted and it looks sweet.
Untinted vs tinted in my 911 gets the thumbs up from Most of my pals. and even the wife.
I would say though that if I had all polished or chrome looking window trim, the tint would look better, but the trim is all blacked out.
I will get pics soon, I seemed to have really disturbed my ribs in my Judo class pretty severely, and cannot hand wash the car. Until then the pix will not do it justice...
When the cash is abundant again... (lets hope soon) then a repaint is the next priority. Perhaps even a change to a platinum color.

Oh yeah i definitely need to get a front splitter on this thing.

I didn't even realize I had tint until somebody said, "do the cops ever give you problems with the tinted windows".

I looked and said, I guess they are tinted!

Just slightly,

Mike.
