Switch Blanks (part no needed)

There are two tip switches on the dash just below the instruments. One for rear wipe and the other for the headlight washers. I remember you used to be able to get blanking plastics for these if you didnt have the switches. I cant find the part number and the OPC is next to useless. Does anyone know the part number for these?

When Porsche built the cars, if you didn't order the options that gave you those switches, they didn't cut the hole through the vinyl for the switches. I've never seen a blank for those. You sure one exists?
