G50 possible damage question

Dear Guys and Gals,

Today I start to shorten my bellhousing of a 3.2 g50 in my machinist.
All the work done very well *BUT* he secures the bellhousing in the table and the one of the securing tabs was at the side cover outer area there is a small pressing from the securing tab about 05mm in a diagonal position is this something I have to worried about ?

Possible solution :

1) Leave it as is
2) weld and machine
3) machine a bit oversize w/o welding.

Thanks,
Jim
