Post window winder help

This is really minor, but as a newbie, I'll post the question anyway. My driver side window has been really tough to raise and lower. Well yesterday I think the window pulled out of the track when I was lowering it. I guess I need to trouble shoot the winder mechanism, but I'm a little sketchy about removing the inside door panel. Is this fairly easy, or should I bring the car to a local auto glass place and have a pro fix it? I'm pretty mechanical, but you know how these things can go... Thanks for any input.

Jack, there has been a few threads on this subject recently, do a search and they should come up. There is a tech article on how to remove the door panels. You should definitely have a go at this yourself as it is really very easy! Use plenty of degreaser and repack with fresh grease.

Good luck
