You "might" find some custom digital unit but I doubt it.

"Back in the day" I recall seeing (and actually using) small 'edgewise' panel-mount meters.
Some of you youngsters probably aren't familiar with the wide variety of analog meter that were once used. ![]() Not at all a bad idea to mount something like that in this spot, but the mounting depth might be an issue. I'm searching; so far the 185-series Yokogawa looks promising. ![]() |

Update:
Yokogawa 280 series is available in sizes as small as 1 1/2" size. The actual bezel size of the smallest vertical meter shown below is 0.77" wide, 2.075" high, and the unit requires well over 2 inches of mounting depth. ![]() |
