I have determined that the lambda control (Bosch 0 280 800 006) in my 80' 911SC is not working. Does anyone know if I can use a control unit from a 1981 911SC ? (Bosch 0 280 800 037)

You can not. The 81-83 has additional functions and a different wiring pin out.

so is the computer getting power from it's relay? do the dome lights work? that's where the relay gets power from, the dome light fuse.

Why does nothing come up on PP under "Lambda"? Have tried different searches for the CIS Lambda ECU on the parts catalog without success. DME Control is there but no Lambda ECU. Hmmm......................
