please Identfy mfg and name of wheel
 I am looking for information on the wheels shown in this picture. The only thing I can see is "ART" on the back. It looks like each wheel has a serial number. The wheels are manufactured in Germany. The wheels are 8x18 and 10x18. What is the estimated value of the (4) wheels? Any help would be great. |

They are mfg in Germany. The wheel sell for 1079 and 1170
