Pulled fuel pump, tested on the bench with atf seemed to pump fine I did not calculate the flow rate. Reinstalled and I have fuel to the inlet side of the filter.

Looks like the brass or bronze filter on the inlet of the fuel filter is clogged can this be removed and how.

The screw on top of the filter with the the valve on it seems to be okay.
