I'm gonna take a wild guess, and say someone drove this out to Cali by way of Miami Beach.
Also...my Spanish is not the best...but doesn't "Puteria" (on the license plates) mean "whore house"? If so, it would go a long way in explaining some things.

I don't know why you would want to make the front of your porsche appear to be some generic japanese import but from a distance it appears to be well done at least. I know that particular shade of blue causes most on here to go into a rage (but what doesn't these days?) but I like it. The wheels are way over the top with the blacked out centers though.
