Anyone use Amourfend?

I'm considering have the Porsche repainted. If I do, I want to do something to protect the front end from road rash. I don't like using bras and the only other product I've seen is Amourfend. Any opinions on this product? Wayne '90 C-4 Targa

I was thinking the same thing when I had my 84 repainted in arctic silver. I ended up buying a roll of 3M film to cut into shape myself. Worked pretty well. It wasn't easy to cut the film precisely because the front fenders are so curvey under the headlamps, but I did do it Looks nice and works good. I can highly recommend you to do the same thing. I have the paint protection under the headlamps, at the lower part of the front lid and at the front bumper. All the places where 911s ALWAYS get LOTS of stone chips. Make sure you're in a dust and wind free enviroment when you put the adhesive film on the paint. And wait a month or 2 after the repaint BEFORE you install the paint protection.
