The California legislature has adopted standards to reduce auto heat gain by requiring more heat reflective windows.

I have been waiting for efficient heat reflective windows and windows that reduce glare during the day and allow visibility during the night. We have heated seats and automatic everything why not something that really helps the function of the car and doesn't add weight? Now we have to figure out how to add this to older cars.
