PCA Parade Pics

There are some pics posted in the "off topic" forum but since not all of you go over there, I thought I'd post a link to a few pics I took.

Enjoy !

Here is a photo I shot last night. The important car is the one in the background. It is the only 2010 GT3 in the USA. The one in front is that new 4 door Porsche. I forgot what it is called

I will try to get some better photos of the GT3 tomorrow. It is outdoors at the convention center.

Dang.....I was hoping to get a look at the Panamera (4dr) and was surprised it was not at the concours. Can you re-post with a pic.

What's also cool is I added this to my office shelf of "Porsche crap" as my wife calls it.

When we returned on Tuesday, my wife gave me this as one of my birthday presents. I thought it ironic that I just took the pic below at Keystone

Jeff,

I saw that car in your photos. Is this the original Rally car from these photos?

GT3 photos

Here are some cell phone photos of the 2010 GT3. It was a bit dark.

Brian,
I did not get to talk to the owners but I do believe it could be the original car based on its numbering and a book of racing pics sitting on the passanger seat.

Also, if you look at the engine pic, it's a twin plug high output motor, one that I would expect to see in such a car.

The only thing that I can see as different is the color pic you posted above shows a rear wiper ye the car at Keystone did not.

Replica or real, its a cool early T

Craig

So, is the Panamera any better in person? Still not too fond of it from seeing it in photos only.

Yep, centerlocks, now standard equipment. If you don't like the wheels there is no replacement. Love em or leave em.

Friends:

Hundreds of photographs of the concours d'elegance, rally, autocross, and much more are at www.porscheparade2009.com. I believe results will also be posted there within the next few days. (For those of you wondering, Terry Zaccone finished a fighting second in his autocross class!)
