Question Suspension input needed.

I have been buying new parts for sometime now for a front suspension rebuild on my 77 Targa and wanted some input on torsion bars and other mods. After looking on our hosts recommendation of stock vs upgrades I'm wondering if the 22mm sway-away torsion bars for the front are too stiff. I had planned on a 22/27, or 22/26 combination. Also, the price difference between Elephant racings new rubber control arm bushings Vs polybronze is not much and wonder which would be better. I will do mostly spirited back road driving, street, and hopfully some D.E. events in the future. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank, milspam
