Opinions needed....clear VS amber

OK guys, ready for the scrutiny and or accolade's. It's only a few screws and four amber bulbs to put it back to stock...so what do you think? Amber or clear lenses?

I once dated a girl named Amber, she was nice... really nice.

Based on this, I would have to say Amber.

I like the more modern look, not too blingy and you're right: 5 minutes and it's back to stock. Win-win...
Where'd you get 'em?

i am considering the same thing for a earlier 912 (66') it is a hard choice but i do like having led lamps in the tail lights and am considering using them in the rest of the car. this is a good site for led replacments, lots of good info on the topic- http://www.superbrightleds.com/tail-brake-turn.html

Amber. I think clear lenses look silly on anything older than 964s.

The clear are very nice, I've never seen that done on a mid-year before.

Why not get some chrome covered amber bulbs to clean it up even more.

Will you be tinting the rear lights?

The clear/amber when lit bulbs, also called "Stealth Bulbs" are available from Pelican. Expensive at around $15.00 each. Some have found elsewhere for a better price.
