No Engine Sump Drain Plug?

Where is it? Do I just remove the entire plate? Why is there one bolt (yellow arrow) and the rest are nuts?

One tiny oil drip (red arrow) too. Maybe when I switch to BradPenn it will go away. PO had GTX put in.

I know that most of the oil is in the tank, that indeed has a drain plug (green arrow).

I could be wrong (again), but I believe you may have an incorrect sump plate for your car. You may want to look at the Pelican catalog for your SC to verify this. I have a Carrera, so I'm only making an unqualified guess...but I'm sure the more experienced guys will correct me if I'm off base.

Also, I'm gonna go out on a line and guess that the small oil drip is going to be your main seal, requiring engine removal. Not an expensive part, and pretty easy to replace.

Kind of a pain, isn't it?
Some of them just don't have drain plugs, but you could replace yours with a sump cover with a drain plug.
Pelican sells them.... or place a wtb ad on the classified forum...
Change it hot and make sure you have a catch basin with lots of capacity!
Nothing like hot oil running up your sleeve from the sump cover...

The oil drip could also be the breather cover / thermostat / sending unit on the top of the engine running down.

For the one bolt, I would guess that at some point, the stud came out while removing the cover to change the oil. The person changing the oil used a bolt in it's place since he did not have the correct stud handy.

Are those Turbo valve covers? or just plain-ol-regular 911?

Your car should have a drain plug in the sump cover. You can find reproduction sump covers and a new drain plug right here. Hopefully the correct sump screen is in there, too. Those are more difficult to find. Drain the tank first then the sump cover, just like on the old VWs. Make sure it is oriented the correct way when you go to install it. Your rubber "S" hose (going from the tank to the engine) has a crack in it, possibly original. Since you're draining the oil, now is a great time to replace it - they're not expensive.

If you don't already have one, pick up a Bentley manual for your car.
