A 930/13 is a 78/79 3.0 SC ROW for Sportomatic specs same as 930/03.

930/03 is a 3.0 liter 180 hp (at 5500rpm) with 8.5:1 compression ratio; 188 lb/ft of torque

(data taken from Bruce Anderson's bookPorsche 911 Performance handbook.)

I think I figured it out:
both the engine number and engine serial number match this listing

No idea. But looking at other motors, sounds about right. Good luck with that.
Stay in touch, perhaps join the local PCA Niagara Region and come out to a few events. We have a DE in October at Watkins Glen. Car or no car, come out and see what goes on at the track. :D it's like giving candy to a baby...you never get enough.
