Torn axle boot. 82 911
I tore an axle boot while removing the engine from my 911. CV joints are in good shape just one torn boot. What is the best fix? Thanks

A new boot.
They are pretty darn easy to install. I use heavy duty zip ties instead of those damn steel clamps.

Here is your chance to get a C clip pliers, a new boot, some CV Joint grease, latex gloves, a vise grip, and have at it. 15 minutes if the axle is out of the car. Longer if it is in the car.
