targa top rebuild - what goes in the grooves?
Got my top apart and starting to fit it to the car.
on the aluminum plates, what goes in the 3/4"ish shallow grooves going from front to back? I've seen some pics where it looks like a black strip of something... other build pics have nothing in it. Is it some sort of stick on foam weatherstrip?or just leave it off? thanks! |

I used 3m strip caulk to seal the same area under the side gutters
