Threaded Inserts
I am in the process of painting my car. Tomorrow I will spray my first coats of epoxy primer. Before doing so I need to drill some hole for threaded inserts. They are 6mm thread but i do not know what size hole they take. I am not even sure if they are all the same but would like to drill and then epoxy for the best corrosion protection
Anybody have any idea on hole size. Thanks

1. Purchase inserts
2. Measure OD 3. Drill ...you're welcome?

Post some pics of the inserts and tool used to set them.
If they're the ones I'm thinking of the hole is about 8 to 9mm but it would be better if you measured them with a dial calliper. What are you going to secure with them? More info so we can help!
