Red 964 engine shroud- is there one or do I paint?

One of the things on my 3.6 conversion wish list is a red engine shroud. Was one ever made or do I prep and paint mine? If I need to paint, what's the best paint to use?

964 shroud

Ed, we are working on the mold now to build some 964 shrouds in Carbon, they will be a little different in that they won't have the removable eyebrow for alternator service. we build a nice carbon set for the earlier 911 engine that you can view on our web site, I have several orders now and should have the 1st ones out the end of Jan.

I'm in no hurry, won't be putting the engine back together until probably late Feb anyway. Keep me posted.
