It is almost certain that the AAV isn't closing quickly enough. Try removing it, blowing it out and lubing with WD40. Apply 12V and it should close in about 7 minutes.
And go to a quality winter weight oil. Maybe you've just made her angry! |

get that thick oil out now...you are just going to be frustrated for another 100miles...
no point on doing changes at exact incraments. write down your millage when you change so you know when the next one is due. let the car idol for a minute max...get out there and drive up to 4k rpm till operation temps are reached....then WEEEEEEE.
