I do not see walking rockers in your engine. Here are walking rocker shafts:

Maybe the pics don't do the justice,....MANY were not flush,..easily seen by me while there and pointed out by James.....maybe I can get back in there tomorrow with a charged battery on the camera......
I've (always had) a Bentley...and am familiar with thick/thin sides of the partitions. Looks that one can see number one is not flush. Flywheel's fine. Thanks,

Question- in the above pic, where would oil be leaking from? on each side of the rocker or the out side where the shaft is sticking out some?

I think the side that the shaft is sticking out from, but that is not my car in the photo.

Rethreading spark plug hole.........
A little trick that I learned when working in an Alfa shop years ago is to cut a strip of shop rag, soak it in oil and feed it into the spark plug hole. After rethreading the plug hole, reach into the cylinder with a piece of wire with a hook on the end and slowly pull the oil soaked rag out. The sticky rag will catch virtually all of the chips, leaving a clean cylinder. I helps to oil the tap also to catch some of the metal chips. Of course, the best way is to remove the head, but if that is not a viable option, then the next best thing is to trap the rethreading trash. Good luck with your project!

Interesting, so pete Z says no silver anti seize as it causes the plugs to stick, I always thought it was because it interfered with the ground.
As to your situation, I would NOT go back now. Just enjoy the car and plan for next year or more to go back for the TS. When they do it go ahead and pay for the motor drop, the install job will be much more likely to be successful I would think. If it is running good let it be for a while - you have a lot on your plate.
