Oil line question, installing Bursch headers 82 sc (pic)
Hi there, i have installed some bursch headers on my 1982 porsche 911sc, however i know i need to get the oil line replaced to go over the passenger side header. I found a company that will be replacing the oil line with half steel braided and reconditioning the entire oil line to fit over the header. My question to you is will the first bend near the header, shown circler in the picture clear my headers??? Let me put the question in a better way, do the new oil lines fit for ssi's have a different bend (not near the passenger header since i know it curves over the header, i am talk about just the first bend that i have circled) than the stock oil lines?? Just wanted to ask before i pull the headers off and try it. Thanks

![]() Yes, the 73-74 SSI type oil line goes forward & crosses under the Trans. It will clear your headers nicely. PN is 911 107 739 10. Our host has these in stock along with the correct hose to the front cooler thermostat (911 107 729 10) or back to the tank (911 107 728 00) depending on your application.
