Is the crank the only displacement diff from 3.0 to 3.2?

I'm informed that the .2 displacement increase from the 3.0 to the 3.2 was achieved by using the 3.3 911 turbo crankshaft. If so, I'm wondering why that has not been brought up with all of the 3.0 HP increase threads on this board.

I'm also thinking, if you take cylinders designed to increase the displacement of 3.0 to 3.2 in themselves, AND take a 3.3 turbo crank, can you end up with a 3.4?

All of this sounds too simple, but I'm just wondering.
