Removing my engine and Gearbox - help needed

Any articles on how to undo the drive shafts from the gearbox I have a 915 GB I am removing need a little info on how to do it correctly.

I have read the engine removal article so far so good.

Matt

It is usually a 12 point internal socket I think it is 10mm. There are 6 on each axle.

Mine were a 6 point allen head. Three of them stripped out. Only by grace of the acetone/atf penetrating oil was I able to remove them.

Just did this a few days ago. Not so hard.
