Should I trim the corner off this quarter window seal?

Here's the top corner of my new quarter window seal, freshly installed a couple weeks ago. It bothers me a litle that it sticks out like it does. Do you think I should trim it off with a utility knife, or leave it alone? If I trim it, I might screw it up and then I'd have to install a whole new seal. Should I do it? There's not enough room to tuck it in.

Don't trim it... Leave is alone. It will look untidy if you do.
