Twin plug wires
I have upgraded my 79 - 930 ignition to a twin plug crank fire. During the motor build, my mechanic install an ok set of wires to get everything running. Since then I have started to upgrade the fuel injectors, injector blocks - etc. My question is what do you guys recommend for the spark plug wires? Clewett, Magnecor or any others. I need at least a 8.0mm wire. Just wondering what your experiences have been.

I bought a roll of bulk silicone, spiral core wire from Summit Racing and used the early style "woodscrew" Beru connectors to make my own. The process was easy and I was able to route them in a way that was easy to work with. This can be important if you have a crowded engine bay.

Yes, 8 mm wires.
A common mistake is to run all the wires parallel. This looks pretty but can induce cross-fire. Best, Grady
