Bullet Cam on order, need small inexpensive camcorder

I found a great site for cameras and I ordered a bullet camera to mount as a helmet cam for my next Mtn bike race. I've got a Sony TRV615 camcorder to use for driving events but just wondering of another smaller (fit in a fanny pack) camera that has video input to accept the bullet cam. Not looking to spend more than $4-500.
