Winding noise

Recently I've experienced little winding noise(weee...) when the car take off slowly. Also when the car slows down say parking. Once it takes off, the noise is gone. It is somewhat inconsistent come and go. Seems only happen after the car warmed up.

Car is 88 Carerra with motronic and G50. Low milage and clutch seems normal. Brake is also in very good condition.

I suspect it may be the fuel pump. Wondering has anyone experienced that and any suggestion where I should look into.
