Question - Engine Rebuilder

Hi all, I spoke w/ the PO of my 1972 911. He mentioned that his brother had the engine upgraded from Zenith Carbs (originally it was MFI) to Webers with S cams. He has not been able to locate the previous documentation, but he mentioned that a man in Arizona named Dave Brozeman (SP?!?!?! Broseman) rebuilt the engine in the late 1990s. Does anyone know this man, anything about his work or career?

I am basically a newb at this, this is my first restoration project and my first 911. With that being said, I was wondering what the advantages are of the Webers w/ S cams other than HP/torque. Outside of keeping the carbs in tune, is there any other pitfalls or other things to watch for?

Thanks in advance!

Mike
