Allignment issue

My 71 race tub has an issue with the right front strut. We ran off track at speed and the camber is a bit out on the right, not a big deal, but when we measured the track on each side, the right is longer by 1.25, and that is a big deal.. Looks like Caster is out. if I look down the strut, the center of the wheel is more forward in the well by a good bit, but adjusting camber does not move the center of the wheel aft. Sound like a tie rod? The rest of: the 935 suspension looks to be untouched, no bends or movement that I can see.. Any ideas??

TIA

Get caster and toe set, and the steering wheel centered before measuring the wheelbase or you will get faulty readings.

Also check the front control arm mount up near the gas tank support for damage, as this will have a great affect on caster and set-back if it is moved from damage. you may also have a bent control arm.

Good advise, thanks.
Visual on all the lower controls look fine, nothing bent, crossmenber seems to be fine as well. All fram mount points are straight also. I am looking at the tie rod end, and the right seems to bend in the middle, and I cant remember if that is typical, and if that might cause the wheel to fmove forward in the well..
