993 body conversion writeup

I know there are mixed reviews about the practice of updating older 911s to the newer 993 body style, but was wondering if there would be interest in a step by step of the process and what is involved. I've searched the site and found pictures of a some great conversions but have not seen a tech writeup of the bonding procedures and the massaging of panels required to make a car look right. Anyway, if there is interest I would be happy to document the process.
Thanks

Personally, I would like to see the technical aspect of the process, the bonding, cutting, welding etc. It wouldn't matter if it was a 993 or a Mazda.

I vote yes. Document it and post it on the Paint & Bodywork Forum.

I've done one, and overall it's a relatively straightforward conversion since the older 911 and 993 share the basic same main chassis and body lines. Not like the 996 in which the whole chassis is totally different. Don't get me wrong though........a full conversion is still A LOT of work!!!

I don't have time to do a full write up, but if anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask!
