'71T; Lost my 12 V on fuse block

I was setting up the ignition on an engine swap. Yesterday, I had 12 V at #1 fuse on the engine space fuse block with Ignition ON. Now I don't.

I haven't checked the key switch yet. Are there other places (Forward fuse block) in this circuit to check for 12 V?

Fuse #1 should get power from the front #1 fuse block, points #7+8. These are powered from point 15 on the ignition switch. It is the line side, unfused from the battery.
