Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins Colorado another "Porsche Gathering" Sat. 8/28 noon
Our last "Porsche Gathering" was such a huge success we are planning another one. The date has not been set but it will be in August some time. We can do it at my house again or else where. I am open to ideas but once again we would like to stick with a topic for that days discussion. Post here if interetsed or if you have ideas. Here is a link to our last one:
Denver / Boulder / Ft Collins Colorado All Porsche Gathering Sign Up! or Colorado Porsche Gathering April 17 at noon - Rennlist Discussion Forums We had approximately 50 people and 30 cars last time and that was with bad weather. Looking to hit 50 cars this time! Good food, fun, and some fine p-cars!

I should be able to make it this time, and with a running 911 no less.

Hello All,
I think Saturday, August 14th noon until when ever looks like a good day for the next "Porsche Gathering". The location is still to be determined. I will keep you posted.

Mid August would be fun. Although unable to make it to previous gatherings, I sure want to try to make at least one, and meet some folks. Life just seems to get in the way.

I'm doing the Georgetown-to-Idaho Springs 1/2 marathon on the 14th. Maybe I can make it after? Last one was great, hope to be there for this one!

Club Race weekend out at HPR. That date will not going to work for me as I hope to have '72 back together by then.

The date has been set for Saturday, August 28th at noon. The topic of the day will be "Agreed Value Insurance Policies" and "Vehicle Appraisals". Harold Camp, from Appraisal Specialties of Colorado, will be on hand to discuss the variations in agreed value policies and how he completes vehicle appraisals. Harold is an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers and is recognized by many major insurance carriers. His appraisals are very impressive and complete. Harold can write agreed value policies with little policy limitations and can insure newer model "Modified" Porsche's with an agreed value.
This event will be just like last time....LOTS OF FOOD, BEVERAGES , and PORSCHES. Very informal but very informative. It will be at my home again in Firestone, Colorado directly off I-25 and Hwy 119 (Exit 240) just north of Broomfield. It is approximately 35 minutes north of downtown Denver. Food and drink donations are appreciated. Last time we had a wide variety of goodies and nobody left hungry. If anyone has a canopy to keep us out of the sun in case we need overflow it would be appreciated if you could bring it. I have a grill and oven if needed. Come one come all!

Wow, this is a GREAT idea! Wish I was there (some good friends in Boulder have been after us to move out there the last year). This would be a great thing to do with our MTFR (Mid TN Fun Run) group. What did you guys do on the first outing?

Excellent. I'll note the date on the calendar.
Start/end time? Could you please PM with an address and contact info? I would be happy to send a donation and bring adult an adult beverage as well. This could be a great time, and I might actually get to meet some folks. Maybe Slow-n-Rusty could make the trip as well. I'll check on some others too.
