2.4 t...which sparkplug ?

I've searched the forums and (I) havent found a definative answer for carbs,
Whats the correct sparkplugs to use in a stock 2.4 t with Zenith 40tins, MSD, 008 dist. w/points.

NGK BP7ES, or BP6ES with the larger # being a cooler plug, gap of 028 and 030 respectively.
