The stock rubber lip, but I don't know where to get one, and they're pretty pricey if I'm not mistaken. Other than that there are different variations of FG bumpers and valances that are 'bolt on'. I'm seriously considering a 930S version from Rennspeed for my 83.

			tea tray/whale tail/turbo tail (all the same just different names) was an option in '83. Not the one pictured above on Pete's car although that one is much cooler. But you can put just about any tail on you can think of.

			Peter, does your whale bolt on to a stock lid, or is it one piece, like the 75-77 930's thanks, Bill K

			It bolts on, but you have to drill holes.

			Do you want a front or rear? I thought you were asking about front spoilers. I think you can get just about anything you want for the deck lid. There are many companies that offer them. Google 'porsche body parts' and that'll keep you busy for awhile | ||

			Similar to Peter (also a 83 with a 3.2 Carrera Tail) but without the headlight wash spray nozzle;

... but not usually preferred on non-turbo bodies. Most consider it too wide/pronounced on the non-wide body chassis.

				 | What type of insert is that? Stock? I've only seen the wire screen style insert in use.

			That insert comes with the genuine Carrera tail package. There is a screen that installs between the fiberglass tail and the black grill insert pictured. In fact, I think you can see the edge of the screen in the pic.

			I forgot to specify FRONT SPOILERS! I love the rear spoiler that's on the car...no interest in changing it. Lance

			Nice looking car. Your rear spoiler does not steal from the lines of the car as much as the Carrera spoiler. I have never seen this set up, but I like it. I think you have to get the standard front spoiler to offset the reduced lift the rear spoiler provides. Rule is that you should not have just one or the other, but both.

I actually saw one yesterday on my way home. It was on a 993 (not that I would have reconized the model but is plate was DANS 993)

			all imho Pete's set is the best for stability over 70 mph whether it's calm, windy, or a big tractor trailer is going past you on a 2 lane where you'll almost be picked up and blown away if you don't have it. I installed the carrera front and C2 electric rear just to test if it's a good set for my act. Up to 70 mph the carrera front is good enough to help out under routine circumstances without raising the rear electric tail. I haven't been able to test it against big rigs when it's up yet but if it doesn't do the job i'll be flipping it for a carrara tail.

			The '83 SC Cabriolet is one of my favorite Porsches. Last year of the unbeatable SC; first year of the brilliant Cabriolet. Lip spoiler no question. Subtle and predatory. Will look the business on your car.
