IROC kit
Hi all, just wondering if anyone can tell me where l could find the correct indicator lenses (orange) to fit the front IROC bumper, as the PO who turned the car into a replica has fitted ones that just don't fill the whole space provided...

How much space is left? Can you post a photo?

I used my stock lens and housing - but did add some thickened epoxy to make them fit completely flush (but I'm a little anal too)

Very pretty car! It looks from your picture like they just mounted the light in the hole. I went through 3 different bumper manufacturers before I found one I liked. And even then, The light holes had to be modified.
I installed my old light, then filled up the hole around it with kitty hair. Once it hardened, I pulled the light housing back out, dressed out the hole and finished the bumper. The result was a much tighter fit. It looks like it belongs there now. See the picture below. Sorry for the quality. I just stepped out and snapped it in the garage. It's still plugged in as you can see from the hood still being up. ![]() BTW, I think "anal" is a common trait on this board... ![]() |
