Can I mod a 4 Spd. Shifter for my 915

Sound like a silly question, I know. I got a 4 spd. shifter assembly, part# 911 424 019 06. Is here a simple way to mod this shifter to work with my new 915. I'm getting tired of getting hundred-dollared to death with this job and am lookinf to cheat if possible.

Turbo Pattern:

R-1-3
2-4

915 Pattern:

1-3-5
2-4-R

Hello

Try to rotate the lockoutplate by 180°.

Then weld the lockoutfinger on the shifter to the other side.
