993, turn signal problems

The turn signal on a 1998 993 isn't working at all in the right position. And the left is intermittent. Sometimes it will work in the left if I flash the high beams.
Anyone ever replace this switch?
Does the steering wheel have to come off?

I think the steering wheel has to come off. Just check at http://www.p-car.com if you find something about that issue.
Airbag is a hot story and you maybe have to reset the warning light at the dealer.
