Problem with backdated autoheat, its dead!

Hi!

Now when the weather is closing 0 celcius Í do really need my heat to work

Background:

I have a 3.6 in a 911 -87. There is no blower in the engine compartment, and the engine compartment circuit is modified to only two ordinary relays.
Like this:

The whole system worked fine with the original 3.2 engine, with all the footwell blowers and everything.

The beginning of fall went ok, as the footwell fuse wasn´t in its place. The actuator did move the heaterflaps as it should. No problem.

Problem:

Now when i put back footwell blower fuse, the whole back system did begin to work fine, only without the engine compartment blower.

but this was only for ONE day.

The next morning the whole system was dead. No fuses blown or anything. Whats the deal. I opened the heat control unit too, the is no visible problem!

Could the problem be with the control circuit?

Hmm... please help me, its getting cold
