Question 1982 SC CIS High Idle

I have a 1982 911 SC that I recently changed the O2 sensor, fuel filter and Accumulator on. This improved a few minor issues. However, about a week after this work the car started to idle at about 1700 (even after warming fully). Any thoughts on what the issue might be or what I should check? No adjustments were made to the CIS.
Thanks for your thoughts and ideas.
