Surface rust in tunnel solution??
I have a lot of orange dusty surface rust completely down the tunnel from a bottom plug that was open. It hasnt caused anything deep but I need to get it cleaned up.
1. Has anyone split the tunnel open to get a good approach to it or do you have another solution to get it cleaned and sealed. 2. How are the various factory holes in the floorpan sealed up if they are open.

I used a product from Eastwood.
Rust encapsulator comes with a 24" hose that has a 360deg nozzle you can send it down the tunnel and spray. |

I was going to suggest the Easton rust encapsulator as well. Check out their web site. They have a good video of it in action.
