911 sc o2 exhaust sensor

Im building an sc track car and I am, for now, running the same old headers but I will be running straight pipes out. For the sake of the o2 sensor, should I am thinking of making a quick release system that bolts onto the ends of the headers that will have two pipes that bolt to the headers that come together into one pipe and then out. This way I can drill a hole and put the o2 sensor where it is getting feedback from both exhaust pipes. Also this way I would be able to quickly change it for a muffler for street use. Any reccomendations on what type of quick release clamps? WIll standard hose clamps work? Or any suggestions for the exhaust system as a whole? I will be making it myself for it is a temporary salvage of the old system until I get new headers and new pipes down the road. I can weld and will be expecting to on this system.
Thanks for the help
Scott
