Question How to create a link?

Sorry for the non-computer-literate question, but how does one create a link on a post to different site,(e-bay ad, other thread, etc.)?

When you type in the link you can use either "]url[]/url[" or the standard HTML format ">a href<>/a<" to enclose the link. Reverse the < and [ characters - I couldn't get it to work using them the right way.

Here's the easiest way:

Go to the site you want to link..

up at the Address bar, left click with mouse until the whole address is highlighted.....right click and do COPY

Then go to the pelican BBS message window and do right click and do PASTE with your mouse....

that's it.
